About this domain.
This directory holds organization-neutral governance for crypto-assets and blockchain (distributed-ledger) technology: classifying crypto-assets, approving and inventorying crypto-asset activity, custody and key control, blockchain-platform vetting, staking governance, and smart-contract risk. The documents are regime-neutral; where a requirement is grounded in a specific instrument (notably the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2023/1114), the instrument is named at the point of use.
